Qual'รจ la differenza tra formato digitale, A4 e A3?

Choosing the digital format means receiving, by e-mail, only the high resolution file, ready to be printed. This means that the actual printing is up to the customer.

If you choose the Digital Only delivery method you'll receive only a .jpeg or pdf file via e-mail. The size is up to you, my illustration can be resized without lost quality. In the case of A4 or A3 format, the customer will receive the physical print, in the following formats:

- A4: 210 ร— 297mm

- A3: 297 ร— 420mm

Is the frame included in the print?

Nope. Frame is not included

Will I see a draft before final delivery?

Of course, before final delivery I'll send you a draft, and you can request an unlimited number of small revisions.

What kind of photos should I send for turning them into a perfect portrait?

For a perfect portrait with optimal results, the photo must be in good resolution, well-lit, not blurred and the subject must be clearly visible.

Can I merge two people from different photos?

Sure, I can combine two or more people from different photos and create a harmonious composition.

What are the paper characteristics of your posters?

When will I receive my order?

Turnaround time for the draft takes 36-72 hours. Once approved, the print will be shipped via express courier, with delivery taking 24-72 hours, depending on the region.

How can I track my order?

The tracking of your shipment will be available and will be sent to you via e-mail as soon as I have shipped your order.

What should I do if I never received my order?

If you never received your order, please first check your tracking information to see if your package has been delivered. If the tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the customer service of your carrier to report the issue and ask for help.
